Surveillance

The Lanki Investigations surveillance team is consistently utilized as an investigative resource for our large client base. Our experience with monitoring the current activities and limitations of claimant's provides relevant information to assist our client in making sound and informed decisions. Our surveillance team will accomplish mutually agreed upon goals anytime and anywhere.

Experience

All Lanki Investigation surveillance operatives are thoroughly trained and experienced. Ongoing training and appraisals demonstrate our commitment to being recognized as leaders in our industry. We offer gender and ethnic considerations when evaluating each assignment.

Communication

We believe frequent communication with our clients is paramount. Updates from surveillance are provided on a daily basis either by phone, email or fax as requested by the client. This communication allows the client to make informed decisions with respect to the claim or change the scope of the investigation.

Equipment

We use only the most up to date equipment available, including;

- State of the Art long range, DV and 8 mm video camcorders.

- Color or black and white covert pinhole cameras in cell phones, pagers, books etc.

- Dashboard mounted color pinhole cameras for driving evidence. (includes date and time stamp)

- Laptop computers in vehicles allowing up to date information of identification and video clips   directly to client while on surveillance.

- Satellite cards to enable quick transfer of information.

- Portable radio communications allow for long range and rural assignments.

Reporting

Lanki Investigations understands the necessity for accurate and factual reporting. Our report format allows for court ready evidence. Our finished reporting is available in hard copy, CD or VHS format, based on our clients request. Reports are completed and delivered in a timely fashion at the conclusion of our investigation, or periodically as requested by the client.

Static/Mobile

Whether the surveillance is static or mobile, our selection of vehicles will blend to any situation which may arise.
